Accessibility Statement

Last reviewed: September 3, 2026

Our commitment

We are committed to making Jadwlak accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim for conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

What we’ve implemented

  • Keyboard navigation throughout the interface
  • ARIA labels on interactive controls (buttons, toggles, dropdowns)
  • Color contrast ratios meeting WCAG AA for text elements
  • Visible focus indicators on all interactive elements
  • Semantic HTML for course cards and schedule views

Known limitations

The schedule grid uses color coding to distinguish selected, conflicting, and linked courses. Users who rely on color alone may find the grid difficult to interpret. We also use icons and text labels alongside color to convey the same information — and the course list view (the search panel) provides full access to all course data without relying on the grid.

We are aware this is an area for improvement and are actively working on it.

Feedback

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on Jadwlak, please email [email protected] and describe the issue. We aim to respond within 10 business days.
