Who this covers

This policy covers Jadwlak, a course scheduling tool for BAU students hosted at jadwlak.org.

What we collect

Regular users (students)

Nothing. You do not create an account. Your saved schedule is stored only in your browser’s local storage — it never leaves your device. We do not collect your name, email address, or any other personally identifying information.

Admin account

One administrative account exists solely to manage the course catalog. If you are that admin, your email address and authentication tokens are stored in Supabase (see Processors below) for authentication purposes only.

Anonymous analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous page-view statistics: page URL, referrer, browser type, and country. No cookies are set. No cross-site tracking occurs. No IP addresses are stored or linked to page views. This data cannot be attributed to any individual.

Data processors

• Supabase, Inc. — hosts the course catalog database and admin authentication. Supabase Privacy Policy
• Vercel, Inc. — hosts the application and provides anonymous analytics. Vercel Privacy Policy

What we don’t do

We do not sell your data. We do not advertise to you. We do not share your data with any third party except the processors listed above, as strictly necessary to operate the service.

Retention

Admin authentication data is retained until you request deletion. Anonymous analytics data is retained per Vercel’s standard data retention policy.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold. Email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. See also: Delete my data.

If you are in the European Union, you have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

If you are a California resident or resident of another US state with a consumer privacy law (CO, CT, UT, TX, and others), you have the right to know what data we hold, to correct or delete it, and to opt out of sale (we do not sell data).

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of Lebanon.

Changes

Material changes to this policy will be noted here with a new “last updated” date.
