What Jadwlak is

Jadwlak is a free course scheduling tool for Beirut Arab University (BAU) students. It lets you browse available courses and build a conflict-free plan before you register. It does not register you for courses. All registration must be completed through BAU’s official system (iConnect).

Accuracy of course data

Course information on Jadwlak is sourced from BAU’s public course offering and updated periodically by a volunteer. It may be incomplete, outdated, or contain errors. Always verify times, rooms, instructors, and CRNs on BAU’s official registration system before you register.

Your schedule stays on your device

Your saved plan is stored only in your browser’s local storage. We do not receive, store, or have access to your schedule.

No warranties

Jadwlak is provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind. We are not liable for missed registrations, scheduling conflicts, dropped courses, academic consequences, or any other outcome resulting from reliance on information displayed on this site.

Not affiliated with BAU

Jadwlak is an independent student project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Beirut Arab University.

Acceptable use

You may use Jadwlak for personal course planning. You may not scrape, mirror, or use automated tools against this service in ways that degrade its availability for other students.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lebanon.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted here with a new “last updated” date.
